How and where can I use credit or a voucher?
During check-out during the payment process you can enter the code in the appropriate field.
What payment methods does Blumenliebe accept?
You can pay with standard credit cards or Twint.
Can I give flowers as a gift and if so, how?
A nice idea! Especially with a subscription, the person receiving the gift always has a surprise and joy. For the subscription or individual delivery, select "Gift with card", write a personal message and use the gift address as the delivery address.
Questions about delivery
Where and how does flower love deliver?
We deliver throughout Switzerland, depending on what makes ecological and economic sense, ourselves or with partners such as Post or Planzer Parcels.
What days of the week does Flower Love deliver?
Deliveries are possible from Tuesday to Saturday.
How quickly does Blumenliebe deliver?
If you order before 3 p.m., you can choose the following day as the delivery date. So ordered today, delivered tomorrow. Unless you buy us completely empty, then later delivery dates will be displayed.tent
Can I postpone or skip my flower delivery from the subscription if I am on vacation?
You can pause your subscription or postpone a delivery date at any time. Flexible and uncomplicated, send an email to hallo@blumenliebe.ch with your request.
If I'm not at home, what happens to my flowers?
No problem! The flowers are deposited in the Blumenliebe Box on your doorstep or at a desired location.
How are the flowers delivered/sent?
The flowers are delivered in bunches and dry, i.e. without a supply of water. This tried and tested method is widespread and we explicitly only choose those varieties that can travel to you without any problems.
Questions about our flowers
I've never arranged flowers before - will I be able to?
Clear! Be brave and creative or follow our instructions and you will soon have your own floral work of art in front of you. There is no right and wrong.
My flowers don't look so good anymore - what should I do?
Your flowers are simply thirsty! Cut them fresh with sharp floral scissors or a floral knife and place them in a vase with plenty of fresh water.
Which vase should I use?
You can choose the vase freely, an ideal size is approx. 22 cm. It simply has to have space for enough water: your flowers are thirsty.
What accessories or tools do I need?
You need a vase (ideally about 22 cm high), sharp floral scissors or a flower knife - that's all!
