Shipping and delivery

Delivery area: we deliver throughout Switzerland.

Delivery days: Tuesday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Mondays.

Order cut-off: order by 3 pm for delivery on the next delivery day. You choose the delivery date when you order. If the flowers are sold out for a day, later delivery dates are shown.

Delivery costs: flower subscription: free delivery. Single delivery: CHF 5 delivery fee.

Drop-off: the flowers are delivered in bunches and dry, without a water supply, in a box. If you are not at home, we leave the box at your front door or at a place of your choice. You can tell us where to leave it by email to hallo@blumenliebe.ch after ordering.

Carriers: depending on what makes ecological and economic sense, we deliver ourselves or with partners such as Swiss Post or Planzer Paket.

Delivery date: delivery dates and times are requests, not guarantees. Delays do not give a right to a refund.

Changes: you can change an order up to 36 hours before the delivery date by email to hallo@blumenliebe.ch. Subscription deliveries can be paused, skipped or moved.

Gifts: choose "As a gift with a card" and enter the gift address as the delivery address.
